Rapidwall technology

What is Rapidwall? Rapidwall is a ready-made, load-bearing wall panel that is used in a wide range of construction work, such as building single-storey or multi-storey buildings. Rapidwall is produced through a molding process using reinforced fiberglass, waterproof gypsum and auxiliary waterproofing materials. Rapidwall panels are 12 meters long, 3 meters high and have a cellular profile with a thickness of 124 mm .. Rapidwall panels are used as interior and exterior walls due to their ability to support loads, thus eliminating the need for traditional building materials, such as brick, wood wall frames, and gypsum board. The cellular shape in Rapidwall panels allows plumbing and electrical connections to be combined between wall cells, fill them with insulating materials to increase thermal efficiency, or fill them with concrete to increase their ability to support loads. Rapidwall completes projects faster and costs less. Manufacturing Rapidwall panels are manufactured overseas at the Sakann Rapidwall plant. After the board is removed from the crafting table, it is left for a certain time to dry in an environmentally friendly air-drying method. Panels reach their maximum strength after drying completely. The size of Rapidwall panel after drying is 12m x 3m, then re-divide according to project requirement and building design. After resizing, the panels are transported to the project site for installation. Structural integrity. Rapidwall load bearing panels have great structural integrity, they are proven earthquake, hurricane and fire resistant, and are anti termite, water and mildew proof. Recyclable and environmentally friendly. Sakanns Rapidwall panels are engineered with an environmentally friendly process and are 100% recyclable. The panels are produced using natural gypsum or by removing chemical gypsum by-products and converting them into Rapidwall panels. Rapidwall reduces the consumption of natural resources used in traditional buildings, such as clay for brick, water, sand, and metals to make concrete, or eliminates the need to use them at all. Rapidwall panels require 50% less energy than conventional building materials, and emit less carbon dioxide as well.
